As a career officer in the Armed Forces, I have extensive experience in coordinating and managing teams of all kinds in national and multinational environments. My professional experience has taught me to enhance the capabilities of the group in order to be able to face challenges in complex contexts.

Proper organisation of the structure, coupled with efficient planning and execution of operations in adverse situations, have forged the three fundamental characteristics that I will implant in your teams: commitment, motivation and exemplarity, three fundamental pillars for conscious leadership.
